Onbello is a document preparation platform for family law. People going through custody, child support, and visitation cases answer guided questions in plain English. AI drafts their court declaration in proper legal voice. Every required form is filled automatically for their county. They download a complete court-ready filing packet.
Why this exists
Over 80% of family law cases involve at least one person without an attorney. Most of them want legal help but can't afford it. They go to court alone, file the wrong forms, miss deadlines, and lose on procedure — not because their case is weak, but because the system wasn't built for them. 56% of pro se claims are dismissed on procedural grounds before they ever reach a judge. Onbello exists to close that gap. Information should be free. Execution should be affordable. Nobody should lose custody of their children because they couldn't afford a lawyer to fill out the right paperwork.
How it works
The AI doesn't guess at legal language. It retrieves citations from an embedded corpus of state statutes and appellate court opinions, then writes in the same voice attorneys use in court. Court forms are filled using field specifications extracted from official court form PDFs and verified across tens of thousands of form fields. Every declaration is reviewable and editable before download.
Who it's for
Onbello serves two audiences. Self-represented litigants use the filing tool to prepare court-ready packets for $129. Family law attorneys use the case management platform for AI declaration drafting, semantic evidence search, contradiction detection, and a client intake wizard that saves hours of unbillable work.
